SoCal Appraisal was founded in 1999 by Charles Segelhorst, who has twelve years of appraisal experience and over twenty years of real estate sales experience. He has a strong academic background, having an MBA from American Graduate School of International Management and a cum laude diploma in economics from California State University, Long Beach. He has taken numerous post-graduate real estate courses and is a California State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. He has courtroom and litigation experience as an expert witness and consultant.
